How do I retreive deleted apps?
If I sync my phone and my MacBook, will my phone
revert to my laptop, or will my MacBook have all of
the apps deleted too?

The only way to remove apps from the iTunes library on the Mac is to delete them from the library on your own. Syncing the apps from iTunes is a very good way to place the apps onto the phone. Therefore, selecting the apps to sync and then syncing the phone with the Mac will not delete them from the Mac and it will place the apps on the phone again.
